For all costs to be paid on site, the prices quoted are valid as of 1 June 2026.

Important notes

  • If the apartment is not left in a clean condition and no final cleaning has been booked in advance, part of the deposit will be retained as a cleaning fee. Please note that this amount will be higher than the costs when booking the final cleaning.
  • If you lose the key to the apartments, we will charge a fee of €50.
  • The lift pass can be used daily in Val Cenis and, with the booking of a 6-day lift pass, one day in each of the other five Haute Maurienne resorts (Aussois, La Norma, Valfréjus, Bessans or Bonneval Sur Arc).
