The cosy Résidence Les Balcons du Soleil is located quietly in Val d'Allos - La Foux, only approx. 50 m from the nearest shops and restaurants and approx. 300 m from the pistes. A ski bus stops near the accommodation. The residence comprises two buildings and offers an impressive view of the surrounding Southern French Alps.The well-kept accommodation's facilities include a reception area with Wi-Fi (for a fee), lift and a heatable outdoor pool. Free parking places are also available.

The cosy apartments offer a living/sleeping area and an additional bedroom or sleeping alcove. They also have a TV (payable locally), bath and separate wc, as well as a kitchenette with microwave, hobs, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher, and balcony. Important notes
- Boxer-style swim shorts are not permitted in the pool!
- Please take into consideration whilst planning your journey, that some mountain passes (e.g. the Col d'Allos) in this area are closed between November and May.
- Bookings for winter 2026/27: The contracts with the accommodation will be finalised in the summer. In the unlikely case that the contracts for next winter with this accommodation can't be confirmed (for example, due to change of owner or dramatic price increases) or should the arrival/departure dates change, you can change or cancel your booking free of charge.
