Show on map The family-run 3-star Alpenhotel Bergzauber is located in Oberau, not far from the ski piste (main piste to Oberau). After about 7 km you reach the centre of Berchtesgaden and after about 3 km the skiing area Zinkenlifte or after about 6 km the skiing areas Rossfeld and Obersalzberg. A public bus stop (no ski bus) is about 400 m away.

The stylish house has a reception, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and a ski storage room. You can use a sauna for a fee. Free parking spaces are also provided, subject to availability.

Upon arrival, you will receive a guest card that entitles you to numerous discounts in museums or at events, among other things. In addition, with the guest card you can use almost all bus and train lines in the Berchtesgaden-Königssee tourist region free of charge (benefits subject to change).

The half board included in the holiday price consists of a breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu in the evening.

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• There is no dinner on the following days: Wednesday
• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• Included services when booking with lift pass: Use of the toboggan run at the Hochschwarzeck lift, use of the toboggan run at the Jennerbahn, 1 x daily toll for the Rossfeld panoramic road (only when using the toll road by car), 10% discount on the local thermal bath "Watzmanntherme" (upon presentation of the lift pass)
• The RVO public bus to the Rossfeld ski area can be used free of charge as part of the obligatory guest card. If a lift pass is presented, there is no toll charge.
• As of the 24/25 season, skiing on the Jenner is no longer possible. However, use of the Jennerbahn cable car for pedestrians, tobogganists and winter hikers is included in the lift pass.
