The cosy Ferienwohnung Stimmer apartments complex is situated in a quiet area approx. 2,8 km away from the centre of Grainau in the district of Schmölz. The Kreuzeckbahn cable car, which is approx. 3 km away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 1,5 km. Ski buses stop within about 1 km. The Untergrainau railway station can be reached after approx. 1,3 km. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 750 m, local cafés and restaurants can be accessed within approx. 450 m.
