Halblech is the ideal destination for fans of cross-country skiing. Whether you prefer classic cross-country skiing or skating, you can explore the beautiful snow landscape on over 25 km of easy and medium-difficult, very well-prepared cross-country trails. You will also find another worthwhile network of cross-country trails just a few kilometres away. As an official "DSV nordic active", cross-country skiing centre, Schwangau offers a further 32 km of cross-country trails. A highlight is cross-country skiing at night. The 2 km long, nightly illuminated Neuschwanstein cross-country ski trail makes this romantic experience possible for you.
