From Mittelberg you have direct access to Walmendingerhorn which waits up with a total of approx. 8 km of diverse piste and about 5 km of ski routes. On the Nebelhorn, you can reach 2,224 m with the highest cable car in the Allgäu. Under good weather conditions, you can enjoy a fantastic, wide view from the peak station of the 400 peaks between the Zugspitze and Swiss Säntis. Additionally, you can ski Germany's longest valley run from Nebelhorn down to Oberstdorf. The area on Söllereck, with primarily easy to intermediate pistes, is ideal for families. The Walmendinger Horn offers lovely and diverse runs for different skill levels. A special attraction is the dual-country ski connection Fellhorn/Kanzelwand: here it is possible to ski from the Austrian Kleinwalsertal to the German Fellhorn ski area!
