Ski area Nebelhorn - Oberstdorf

Together with Oberstdorf, the southernmost municipality in Germany, the Austrian Kleinwalsertal forms an impressive ski region that can be explored without limits with the "Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal" lift pass. Around 130 kilometres of piste (including ski routes) offer ideal conditions for carefree skiing fun, especially for families and beginners. But experienced winter sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth on the excellently groomed pistes, which are accessible via a total of 44 modern lift systems.

A unique experience awaits winter sports enthusiasts around the Nebelhorn ski area in the heart of the Allgäu Alps. The highest gondola lift in the Allgäu takes you up to an impressive 2,224 metres. Once at the top, you can enjoy spectacular views of around 400 Alpine peaks, ranging from the Zugspitze to the Säntis in Switzerland. The longest descent to the valley in Germany is an absolute highlight for ambitious skiers: the 7.5-kilometre descent leads directly to Oberstdorf.

The neighbouring Söllereck is ideal for families and beginners in particular. With its gentle, easy to moderately difficult pistes, it offers perfect conditions for relaxed days of skiing. Those looking for more variety will find a wide range of pistes for every level on the Walmendinger Horn.

A special highlight of the region is the cross-border two-country ski area Fellhorn/Kanzelwand. Here, skiers can seamlessly switch from the German side to the Austrian Kleinwalsertal and enjoy unlimited skiing fun.

Night skiing Nebelhorn - Oberstdorf

A diverse ski region awaits winter sports enthusiasts in the Nebelhorn area, offering both sporting highlights and special winter experiences. Night skiing is a real highlight: On selected evenings, the region's pistes invite you to ski under floodlights and extend your day of skiing into the evening hours.

Winter sports enthusiasts can also take their turns in the evening in neighbouring Kleinwalsertal. For snowboarders and freeskiers, the snowpark in Kleinwalsertal offers a special experience with a night-time adrenaline kick.

Après ski Nebelhorn - Oberstdorf

An eventful day of skiing on the Nebelhorn doesn't have to end with the last descent. Numerous restaurants invite you to round off the day with culinary delights - from hearty Allgäu specialities to fine culinary delights. For those who like to socialise, the bars in Oberstdorf are the ideal place to sit together with a glass of wine or a cold beer in a relaxed atmosphere.
For those who really want to party after the descent, don't miss a trip to the Steinbockalm in Mittelberg. Under the motto "The bear is dancing, the cow is flying", there is a proper party right after the day's skiing. The day comes to a lively end with dance music and an exuberant atmosphere.

For all those looking for more than just fun in the mountain huts, a visit to the Audi Arena on Schattenberg is a must. The legendary opening competition of the Four Hills Tournament takes place there every year. A small ski museum is also worth a visit. Also impressive is the Heini-Klopfer ski jump, one of the largest in the world, which offers a fantastic panoramic view.
Romantic horse-drawn carriage rides, a round on the natural ice rink or a brisk toboggan run under floodlights in Fischen offer further atmospheric ways to spend an active evening.

Snowpark Nebelhorn - Oberstdorf: Crystal Ground Snowpark

Although there is no snowpark directly on the Nebelhorn, freestylers will find the best conditions in the immediate vicinity. Snowboarders and freeskiers get their money's worth around Oberstdorf and in Kleinwalsertal. The "young and wild" are very welcome here and will find two varied parks in the "Crystal Peak" and "Crystal Ground" fun parks that leave nothing to be desired.

The "Crystal Peak" is located directly in the Fellhorn ski area and offers an easy kicker line as well as simple obstacles such as butter boxes. It is ideal for anyone who wants to gain their first freestyle experience or improve their skills bit by bit.

In neighbouring Kleinwalsertal lies the "Crystal Ground" - a creative snowpark with a jib-heavy setup that changes every month. Beginners and advanced riders alike meet here to practise their tricks and discover new lines. Numerous events, camps and sessions ensure that there is never a dull moment here. Especially cool: When the snow conditions are right, the park is also open in the evening thanks to floodlights.

Another highlight is the "Crystal Funslope Fellhorn" at 1,750 metres above sea level. Kickers, fun boxes, tunnels, waves and banked runs guarantee variety and fun for young and old.
