Cross-country Bormio

In Bormio you will find a 5 km long trail suitable for intermediate skiers for classic as well as skating style. Use of the network is free of charge. In Santa Caterina however, especially the more experienced skiers will find what they are looking for: a good 18 km of tracks, some also used for the world championship, require some good training. However there is a fee of €5 per day which has to be paid for accessing the network.

Drenched in flood lights you can try the Loipe Alù (2 km long) in Bormio or the Pista Viola (15 km long) in Valdidentro. The Viola trail all around Valdidentro offers further 25 km and a variety of different and diverse sections for all cross-country skiers. This track is known to be one of the most beautiful and best in the region!
