Location

The cosy 3-star Residence Serrada is located in the middle of the village of Serrada di Folgaria, approx. 4.5 km from Folgaria. A ski bus stop is about 50 m away and the entrance to the ski area "Serrada - Dosso Martinella" can be reached after about 200 m. In addition, shopping facilities are approx. 5 km away.

Facilities

The general facilities of the Residence include a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi, restaurant and a ski and boot room for your equipment. Free parking is available in front of the house, subject to availability. Garage parking spaces (for a fee) are also available.

In addition, you can use the spa area which contains an organic sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room for a fee (opening hours: see notice on site).

Important notes

  • Access to the sauna area is only permitted from age 14.
  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children up to and including age 8. For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child of this age group receives a free ticket for use of the lifts on site (ID required). If there are more children than adults travelling with you, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
  • With the 6-day Alpe Cimbra Folgaria-Lavarone lift pass, you have the opportunity to ski one day in the Paganella ski area and one day in the Monte Bondone ski area.
