Location

Situated at 2,100 m above sea level, the 4-star Blu Hotel Senales Zirm - Cristal is located in Kurzras, around 200 m from the ski lifts/cable car and the village centre. The centre of Schnals is approx. 15 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, which consists of the two buildings Zirm and Cristal, has a reception, lounge, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room/restaurant, bar, children's playroom, mini club and ski cellar. Parking spaces are there free of charge, subject to availability, and a parking garage is available for a fee.

In the hotel's well-kept spa area (approx. 250 m²) you can use the indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, steam bath, hot tub, waterfall and Kneipp pool free of charge. Massages are available for a fee.

Live music is also organised 3 times a week for your entertainment. For children aged 4 to 11, childcare is offered at the hotel 6 days a week for 5 hours each day (according to the notice board on site).

Board

The half-board included in the holiday price consists of a breakfast buffet with regional products and a 4-course buffet dinner. There is also a themed evening once a week. Christmas dinner (24/12) and New Year's Eve dinner are also included. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian dishes are available on request.

Important notes

  • Depending on the room type booked, accommodation can be in the Zirm building or the Cristal building.
  • Use of the spa area is only permitted for children aged 16 or over. Children under the age of 16 may use the indoor pool if accompanied by an adult. A swimming cap is mandatory.
  • Dogs must be requested directly at the time of booking, otherwise accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
  • Children aged 9 or under will not receive a lift pass voucher. Instead, children in this age range can purchase a "SnowKid-Skipass" in resort for €5 per day/child providing a parent has also purchased a lift pass that is valid for the same time period. Proof of family relation is required, further information can be found at the lift office.
  • A fee of EUR 25 per person will be charged for each change of name of a traveller.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
