Location

The modern 4-star Pian di Neve hotel is located approx. 200 m away from the centre of Passo del Tonale at an altitude of approx. 1.816 m. You can access the ski area by taking the Cabinovia Paradiso gondola lift approx. 200 m away, or the Serodine cable car approx. 300 m away. Alpine skiers can get on a slope directly at the door. Ski buses stop within about 50 m. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 600 m.

Facilities

The hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, an internet corner, a lounge, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot and a parking garage (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. In our mini club children (3 - 12 years) will find new friends and discover new hobbies. Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a welcome drink and a rich buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a buffet. A festive dinner will be arranged at Christmas Eve, on New Year's Eve there is a festive dinner. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• A lift pass voucher is not issued for children aged 7 or under. For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child in this age group will receive a free ticket for the use of the lift systems on site (ID required). Please note that the adult and children's lift passes must be collected at the same time. If there are more children travelling than adults, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Skiers using the pistes must have valid liability insurance. This insurance can either be taken out privately or purchased on site at the lift ticket office.
