Location and facilities
The friendly 3-star superior Hotel Orso Grigio is situated in a quiet location in the village of Carisolo-Pinzolo, about 700 m from the centre and the Pinzolo ski area. A ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (extra charge). You can also use the shuttle service to the ski area (extra charge, on request).The general facilities of the accommodation, which consists of a main building and an annexe, include a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, TV room, restaurant and bar, ski room, free parking garage (on request) and parking spaces (subject to availability).
The wellness area offers saunas, whirlpool, steam bath, Kneipp pool, salt grotto and relaxation area free of charge. A babysitting service is available for a fee.

Important notes
- Accommodation is in the main or side building.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 8 or under. For each adult lift pass purchased, one accompanying child in this age group will receive a free ticket for the use of the lifts (ID required). Please note that the adult and children's lift passes must be collected at the same time. If there are more children travelling than adults, a children's lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- Admission to the spa area is limited for children under the age of 16 (opening times according to the notice board on site)
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
