The region has a 25 km long cross-country network, which is not only for the sporty, but also those enthusiastic for great landscapes. For the 15 kilometres by Clavière and Montgenèvre, there is a cross-country fee of approx. €6 due per day (payable locally). Especially lovely is the stretch through the Val des Pres into the French Névache or from Montgenèvre into the Vallée de la Clarée. The newly designed Olympic cross-country centre near Clavière has an attractive programme on offer. Lessons are also available at all cross-country stations.
