Location

The historic Oberparthenhof, renovated in 2020, is situated at an altitude of around 1,150 m on a high plateau, around 1.5 km from the village centre of St. Walburg. The Schwemmalm ski area is approx. 6 km away and the first shopping facilities can be reached after approx. 1.5 km. A cross-country ski trail and a toboggan run are around 6.5 km from the accommodation.

Facilities

The general facilities of the cosy house include Wi-Fi, a lounge, a small library and free parking spaces (subject to availability).

Horses, chickens and cows also live on the farm.

You will receive the "Ultental Card" guest card on site, with which you can benefit from a number of free services and discounts in the region, such as free use of selected cross-country ski trails, free admission to the Kuppelwies ice rink or the St. Pankraz climbing hall and use of all public transport in South Tyrol (changes and restrictions to services subject to change, see information on site).
