Location

The “Pistenhotel” mountain hotel Trübsee is situated right in the heart of the Engelberg-Titlis ski area at an altitude of 1,800 metres. If you like to be the first on the piste in the morning, this is the perfect place for you! You can reach the centre of Engelberg either on skis via the descent to the valley or by gondola (approx. 10-minute journey).

Facilities

The hotel offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and features a lobby with a reception and luggage storage room, a lift and Wi-Fi (throughout the property), a breakfast room, a restaurant, a bar, a ski storage room with a boot dryer and direct access to the slopes, as well as a terrace. There is also a toboggan park in front of the hotel (rubber rings, sledge, seated toboggans).

You can park your car at the Engelberg-Titlis valley station for a fee (you must be allocated a parking space by on-site car park staff). You can either take your luggage with you in the gondola to the mountain hotel or, if you prefer, leave it at the valley station and have it transported to the hotel free of charge.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna. Our staff provides guests with bath towels on a loan basis.

Children

High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board catering plan includes a buffet style breakfast with regional products, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, sausage, cheese, yoghurt as well as egg dishes. At dinner, our cooks put together a 3-course menu with popular dishes from the region. On New Year's Eve there is a festive dinner.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• The mountain hotel Trübsee can only be reached by cable car from Engelberg (journey time 10 minutes). Last ascent 16:30, first descent 08:30. No transport with the lifts is possible after or before this time! Valid for arrival and departure as well as for the entire stay.
• The lift pass included in the price is valid for the entire duration of the trip including arrival and departure day!
• Please note: The ski schools and beginner slopes are located down in the valley, so children and beginners have to travel down to the valley in the morning.
