Location and facilities

The traditional 3-star Hotel Alpenblick lies in the centre of Wilderswil, about 4 km away from Interlaken. The "Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen in Grindelwald" ski area, as well as access to a cross-country trail in Grindelwald, can be reached after about 20 km. The ski bus stop is located approx. 50 m away.

The accommodation is composed of a main building and two approx. 15 m distant chalets. In the main building of the family-run Oberland hotel, guests will find a welcome area with reception, Wi-Fi, the award-winning restaurant "Gourmetstübli" (1 Michelin Star, among others), "Unspunnstube" parlour, rustic village parlour, bar, children's play area and ski room. Free parking spaces can be used upon availability.

Board

The half-board included in the price consists of a breakfast buffet and a 5-course menu or theme evening. On New Year's Eve there is a 6-course gala dinner. Vegetarian menus or children's menus are available on request. Meals are served in the main house. For bookings until 31/10 and stays of 7 nights or more, you will receive a bottle of sparkling wine in your room on arrival (no cash redemption).

Important notes

  • Allocation can take place in both the main building as well as in one of the chalets.
  • Children up and including the age of 5 will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can ski for free when accompanied by a parent. For children travelling alone (participating in lessons, for example), a lift pass must be purchased in resort. Further information can be found at the lift office.
  • If you have booked equipment through us, the ski hire is located in Grindelwald (approx. 20 km away).
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
