Location and facilities

The stylish 3-star Victoria Lauberhorn, a Faern Collection Hotel (formerly Arenas Resort Victoria-Lauberhorn) is situated in a central yet quiet location, just 100 metres from the Männlichen lift. Skiing down to the hotel is possible if there is enough snow.

The historic-modern hotel has a lobby with reception, Wi-Fi, lift, "Lobhörner" restaurant, à la carte restaurant "Pasta", dining room, bar, lounge with cosy chill-out lounge, children's playroom, ski and boot room and a terrace.

Furthermore, the approx. 1000 m² spa area with indoor pool with massage and neck showers, bubble bath loungers and seats, wild water channel, steam bath, sauna, relaxation room and fitness room are available to you free of charge. Massages, the outdoor hot tub and various spa treatments such as hot stone or Lomi Lomi are available for a fee.

Wengen is a car-free holiday resort and can therefore only be reached by train from Lauterbrunnen (approx. 20 min.). You have the option of parking in the Lauterbrunnen public car park (for a fee, reservation required in good time at https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/). Wengen railway station is only approx. 50 metres from the hotel.

The comfortable rooms are equipped with shower/WC, TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, hair dryer, safe and some have a balcony or terrace.

Board

The half-board included in the holiday price is taken in the "Lobhörner" restaurant and consists of a breakfast buffet in the morning and a 4-course menu with salad buffet in the evening. The extended Christmas dinner (24/12 and 25/12) and the New Year's Eve gala dinner are also included. Vegetarian alternatives are available. Gluten-free, lactose-free, diet and vegan dishes are available on request.

Important notes

  • Access to the indoor pool is only permitted for children aged 12 or under if accompanied by an adult.
  • Access to the sauna is permitted from the age of 16.
  • Wengen is a car-free holiday resort and can only be reached by train from Lauterbrunnen.
  • No lift pass voucher is issued for children aged 5 or under; they travel free of charge when accompanied by a parent. For children travelling alone (e.g. for ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
