Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental

With the "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" lift pass you have access to one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria! 90 modern lifts, 288 km of pistes, some of which are also lit, as well as three snow parks such as the "Kaiserpark" on the Hartkaiser, which offer different elements, guaranteeing endless snow fun.

The gondola lift connects you seamlessly via Hochsöll to the slopes on the Hohe Salve - and from there to the entire ski area! In particular, The 10 km long valley run from the Hohe Salve promises unlimited fun on the slopes. Connoisseurs and beginners get their money's worth here just as much as the real experts. Wonderful, sunny, and wide pistes await you on the Rigi (1,532 m). For example, Freeriders can let off steam in Hopfgarten. The 70 refreshment stops that line the ski area also promise "high pleasure".

Night skiing Kelchsau

No night skiing is offered in the Kelchsau ski area. But the ski area "SkiWelt Söll", which is about 20 minutes away, is the largest night ski area in Austria with 10 kilometres of illuminated ski slopes! A total of five runs on the Hochsöll gondola lift and on the Keat and Hexen6 chairlifts are illuminated with floodlights. In addition to the numerous downhill runs, the fun arena "Hans im Glück" at the 4-seater chairlift is also open for night skiing fun. Night skiing in Söll is so extensive that a separate lift pass must be purchased.

Après ski Kelchsau

Kelchsau is a cosy place. On the Höhenbrandalm in the ski area you can enjoy the sunset or drink a hot drink by the open fire before starting the descent. Once at the bottom, it is worth stopping at the après ski bar "Hütte".

If regular skiing is not enough for you, you have the possibility to do a ski tour. In Kelchsau, winter sports enthusiasts can choose between easy tours that require little previous technical knowledge and challenging tours that last several hours. For example, the ski tour from Gasthaus Wegscheid to Neue Bamberger Hütte and over the Wildalm lakes to Aleitenspitze is popular.

At the mountain station in Hochbrixen you have the opportunity to visit the Alpeniglu village, consisting of 18 igloos with igloo hotel, church, bar and regular exhibitions, and get exciting insights.

The tandem flight schools on Wilder Kaiser provide a breathtaking view. Inform yourself on the spot and enjoy an unforgettable experience over the roofs of Tyrol.

For all shopping enthusiasts, an excursion to Wörgl, approx. 18 km away, is worthwhile. Wörgl is one of the top 5 most popular shopping cities in Austria and attracts visitors with a mixture of traditional craft shops and modern shopping centres such as the M4.

Snowpark: Snowpark Hexenwelle Kelchsau

The "Wilder Kaiser" ski region is guaranteed to make every freestyler's heart beat faster! Three snow parks were built that cater to every riding level and entice you with a wide variety of obstacles. The "Wintergarten Hochsöll" at the Rinner chairlift offers both a fun park with tubes, rails, boxes and tanks for beginners and advanced riders, as well as a fun slope that offers a true freestyle playground. Here, everyone will find what they are looking for!

It's a little different at the "Boarders Playground Westendorf", which is considered an absolute Top-Tip among all experts and pros. Challenging obstacles attract the elite to shred in the area and enable various championships to be held here. The centrepiece was the created with the "Big Mama", a spectacular giant ski jump. The "Kaiserpark Ellmau" at the Tanzboden lift, on the other hand, provides a perfect mix of renowned fun and a relaxing atmosphere. In addition to a wide range of boxes, bikes, half pipes and co., you will be motivated by hip music and also have the opportunity to relax after a strenuous day in the chill-out area. A perfect choice!
