Location

The comfortable 4-star Falkners Resort Ötztal is situated in a qiet location, about 300 m away from the centre of Längenfeld. The Sölden ski area is approx. 12 km away and can be comfortably reached by ski bus. The ski bus stop is about 200 m away from the accommodation and can be reached by foot. Various shopping facilities and restaurants can be found at a distance of 200 m. The nearest cross-country trail Längenfeld is about 300 m away.

Facilities

The family-friendly accommodation is comprised of two buildings and has a reception, Wi-Fi, ski and ski boot room with ski boot dryer as well as parking spaces (subject to availability).

The approx. 180 m² spa area invites you to relax with a steam bath, Kneipp basin, sauna, infrared cabin, indoor pool and relaxation room.

For the younger guests, a play area, playroom and climbing wall are ready to be used as a pastime.
