Location and facilities

The modern 4-star Superior Hotel Carinzia is located in Tröpolach, approx. 8 km away from Hermagor. The nearest mountain railway, the Millenniumsexpress, is only about 100 m away. In appropriate snow conditions, a descent to the accommodation is possible.

The accommodation's facilities include a reception with luggage storage, a lobby, lift, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, lounge, baby sitting serive (on request, for a fee), children's playroom and ski boot room.

The spacious spa area (approx. 2,400 m²) with indoor pool, sauna, organic sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, infrared cabin, Kneipp basin and relaxation room can be used for free. Massages as well as the solarium and treatments in the beauty centre are available for a fee.

The fitness room measuring approx. 100 m² can be used for free and taking part in fitness programmes is possible for free (as per info in resort). Parking spaces are also available for free and a garage can be used for a fee (subject to availability).

Board

The half board PLUS included in the holiday price includes a welcome drink, breakfast buffet, afternoon snack (13:30 - 16:00) as well as a 5-course menu in the evening. There is a special children's menu for the youngest guests and a 5-course gala dinner is served on New Year's Eve.

Important notes

  • Children aged 5 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher. Children in this age range can use the lifts for free when accompanied by their parents. For children using the lifts alone (e. g. for ski lessons), a lift pass must be purchased in resort. You will receive more information at the lift office.
  • Please note: No changes (including name changes) to booked lift passes are possible from 5 days before departure. Subsequent bookings are only possible without a lift pass from this point onwards.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
