Ski area Nauders am Reschenpass - Bergkastel
The Nauders am Reschenpass - Bergkastel ski area in the Tyrolean Oberland comprises 75 kilometres of piste and 11 km of ski routes. Thanks to the exceptionally high altitude of 1,400 m to 2,750 m, with the combination of a seamless snowmaking system, the ski area offers great reliability of snow.
The Bergkastel mountain station is the lively centre. Here you will find everything a skier's heart desires: easy descents for young skiers, a snowpark with boxes, kickers, rails and slides for freestylers and XXL-sized north-facing slopes for demanding skiers. For experts, we recommend the black descents, which, in addition to difficult passages, also offer breathtaking panoramic views. For those who like things a little quieter, the best option is the spacious west descent, which leads over the Lärchenalm, the steep Almabfahrt or the descent under the Tscheyeck.
Finally, the "Nauderix Kinderland" at the mountain station of the Bergkastel gondola lift offers the little ones a fully equipped ski world with its own lifts and plenty of furnishings for children. The little ones are also catered for: right next to the Kinderland is the Bergkastel panorama and children's restaurant with children's meals and a children's play area.
In the Nauders ski area, hotspots with free Wi-Fi access are available in all restaurants and ski huts. So anyone who wants to keep their friends and loved ones in the house up to date can post photos of the fantastic mountain panorama or the latest piste experiences directly!
Après ski Nauders am Reschenpass - Bergkastel
But that's not all - the "Show in Snow" is a special event that awaits you every week. Here, the Nauders ski school shows the history of skiing from its beginnings to the present day with impressive tricks on snowboards, skis and state-of-the-art machines. After the show, there is a huge party at the Lärchenalm. The event can even be watched from the night toboggan run, which is open at the same time.
You can also go snowkiting at Lake Reschen. Experience the ultimate freedom of gliding across the lake at top speeds.
For those who prefer a more leisurely pace, there are guided snowshoe hikes and a romantic evening organised in Nauders with a campfire and mulled wine in the snow-covered mountain landscape (information at the tourist office).
Snowpark Nauders am Reschenpass - Bergkastel: Goldpark
The Nauders Bergkastel ski area is considered one of the biggest challenges around the Reschen Pass. But do freestylers and freeriders also get their money's worth here? This question can easily be answered with a "yes!"
The "Goldpark Nauders" snowpark offers a wide range of different obstacles and guarantees optimal conditions and magnificent views in the Bergkastel ski area. Those of you who like to take risks and enjoy watching the cool white stuff from the air will not miss out. Three straight, kinked and rainbow boxes, each 6 metres long, enable spectacular jumps in addition to three different kicker lines. Waverides and rails are also guaranteed to make you look cool.
If you'd rather just watch the thrills, you also have the opportunity to do so every week. When the local "Senseless Crew" performs their nightly "Show in Snow", you are guaranteed to be left breathless, because these guys leave nothing to chance and also impress with the quality of the freestyle paradise. Got curious? Then don't waste any time!
