Location and facilities

The family-run Haus Stefan Klotz II is situated in the Granbichl district, approx. 200 m from the resort centre of Sölden and the activity arena. The ski bus stops directly at the house and takes you to the lift in approx. 500 m. The nearest restaurant is approx. 150 m away.

The accommodation offers Wi-Fi and a ski room with ski boot driers. Free parking spaces are available.

Furnishing/Board

The cosy apartments are nicely furnished (some of which having been newly renovated). They offer a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, bath or shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Further there is also a tiled stove which is tended to by the landlord. Self-catering, bread roll service bookable in resort (for a fee).
