Cross-country Wagrain
Information on cross-country skiing
30 km Cross-country trails (in km):
The Salzburger Sports World is an ideal destination for cross-country skiers. 260 km of mainly challenging trails are mostly available free of charge, of which 48 km are near Filzmoos, 30 km near Altenmarkt, 26 km near Flachau and another 26 km around Wagrain. The majority of the trails are linked to each other, which ensures comfortable access.
A hot tip is the trail at altitude, Rossbrand which is directly next to Filzmoos: a comfortable ascent up to 1,600 m with the Papageno gondola, from there you have access to the 12 km long trail and can enjoy a magnificent view with perfect snow conditions!
On the flood-lit trails near Flachau you can see the surroundings in a different light - a highlight for all cross-country fans!
