Cross-country Selva di Val Gardena

Information on cross-country skiing

133 km Cross-country trails (in km):

The Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi region is a true paradise for cross-country skiing. It not only offers a magnificent panorama, but also cross-country trails for every level of ability. 133 kilometres of varied cross-country trails make cross-country skiers' hearts beat faster.

The Alpe di Siusi in particular is considered a particularly popular cross-country skiing area in South Tyrol due to its fantastic location on the sun-drenched high alpine pasture on the Sciliar massif. Due to the more challenging cross-country trails, cross-country skiing here is recommended for sporty cross-country skiers. But the more leisurely skiers will also get their money's worth. One recommendation here is the approximately 12 km long high altitude cross-country ski trail between 1,620 and 1,810 metres, which runs from Selva di Val Gardena through the Vallunga valley. The 30 km long high altitude cross-country ski trail at Monte Pana has a lot to offer for those who want to train at higher altitudes.

If you need even more choice, the cross-country trails of the famous Alpe di Siusi are part of the Dolomiti Nordicski cross-country ski carousel, which is the largest cross-country ski area in Europe and offers an incredible 1,300 km of trails!
